Somewhere along the way I stopped believing that words alone would carry us home. Over 27 years I've trained in [EMDR](/emdr), [Flash Technique](/flash-technique), [EFT with Matrix Reimprinting](/eft), and [Brainspotting](/brainspotting) — approaches that reach the parts of us that language can't always get to. What I've learned is that healing has a rhythm: bilateral, embodied, spacious. It respects the pace of your nervous system. I bring a calm room, a spontaneous streak, and a real belief in playfulness as medicine. You bring your questions and your life. Together, we find what wants to move.
