EMDR and FLASH Technique

EMDR stands for Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing, and it is a brain-changing technique developed by Dr.Francine Shapiro which brings psychological freedom and recovery to people across the world. Dr.Laurel Parnell and Dr.Phil Manfield have developed the powerful related Attachment-Focused EMDR and Flash Technique methods which combine with EMDR to produce an even wider array of opportunities and methods for healing the brain and body. Using imagery, emotion, body sensations, and back and forth tapping or eye movement, clients often experience compelling positive shifts in their life and experience.

EFT and Matrix Reimprinting

EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) is a globally-utilized method pioneered by Gary Craig which frequently fosters rapid and dramatic improvement, and is extremely user-friendly. EFT is unique in that it is a very gentle process consisting of 48 different techniques which can be mixed and matched to find what works best for different people and issues.  Additionally, other energy psychology and energy medicine techniques can be applied along with EFT to enhance its effects. As a result of emotional and psychological healing work with EFT, you may even experience a reduction or disappearance of troubling physical symptoms as well!
