What the contact form collects

When you use the contact form, you may provide your name, email address, phone number and a short message. That information is used solely so Anna Talamo can respond to your enquiry. It is not sold, shared with advertisers, or used for marketing.

The form is not a secure channel

The contact form is not a secure or confidential channel. Please do not use it to send details about your health, symptoms, medications, or anything else you consider sensitive. A brief note describing what you're looking for is enough — more specific conversation belongs in a phone call or a session.

This is a marketing site, not a client portal

This website exists to help people learn about the practice and get in touch. It is not a client portal and does not host any therapy records or scheduling. Using the site or sending an enquiry does not create a therapist–client relationship.

Clinical records

Any records held in the course of therapy — session notes, intake forms, billing — are governed by Anna Talamo's separate professional and legal obligations as a licensed therapist, not by this website's policy. Those records live in the practice's clinical systems and are handled accordingly.

Requesting deletion of an enquiry

If you'd like the enquiry you sent through the contact form deleted, email atrhythmlife@gmail.com or call (510) 323-2488 and say so. Include the name and email you used so the enquiry can be found.
